About Me

My photo
I’m obsessed about reading, I love fiction. Specifically paranormal stuff... no it didn't start with twilight. I enjoy a fantasy or sci-fi book as well. And I have read a few urban fantasy books as well and I’m getting into reading a bit of erotica as well (but shh that is our little secret!) No part of my life is what you would call "normal" and I wouldn't have it any other way! I may not be the best at doing reviews. But I try. I try to be Honest and fair, but be warned I can be too honest! If I do not like your book, I will say so. But I will also state why, and also suggest the type of person it might be for. But My Goal is NEVER to be Mean. And Remember it is MY OPINION and you have been warned! Also i don't want to accidentally give out spoilers so in some of my reviews i go for the less is more option. i like readers to discover things for themselves. but that usually doesn't stop me from raving on about a particular book!

The Rise of Nine (Lorien Legacies, #3) by Pittacus Lore

The Rise of Nine (Lorien Legacies, #3)The Rise of Nine by Pittacus Lore
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

With Thanks to Netgalley and Penguin Australia, for the chance to read this ARC.

Well what can I say? I loved this book so much; it has kind of left me speechless!
The Rise of Nine is a continuation of the Lorien Legacies. I am Number Four is the First Book and the second book is the Power of Six. If you haven’t read the previous books I suggest you stop reading this, go out and read them now, so you can read this one when it comes out! Oh and so you will understand what I’m going on about!
I found the various POV’s of this book a little easier to handle than any other book. I think this was due to each POV being in a different font than the next.
In this book we still follow four and six however Four is with Nine and they are both battling for survival.
Six is still with Seven and Ten and her Cepan Clayton. They go in search to find eight finding him in the Himalayas.
There are many twists and turns, Legacy discoveries, and even a death. But just when you have things figured out the Mogodorians throw their spanner into the works.
This book was engaging right from the start. And was very very hard to put down. The Rise of Nine is supposed to be about nine, but you never get nine’s POV however he does start to grow on you a little.
I loved this book and was over the moon about being able to read it as an ARC. However I will still be going out and getting the book and spending another weekend reading it.yep I loved it that much. :o)
